Book three events at Horizon Leeds within a rolling 12-month period and unlock 12% commission on the net rate across all three qualifying bookings.

Commission applies to:

• Day Delegate Rate packages
• Room hire
• Catering 

Straightforward 30-day payment terms

Once a qualifying event has taken place, commission is paid within 30 days of receiving your invoice, ensuring reliability and transparency throughout the process.

How to qualify

• Contract three separate events within 12 months
• Quote your agency details at the initial enquiry stage
• After the third confirmed booking, all three events become commissionable at 12% of the net rate

Exclusions

This commission structure applies exclusively to recognised third-party venue-finding agencies and does not apply to client-direct promotional offers such as Horizon Leeds’ own in-house discounts or delegate incentives.
