Our team is passionate about legacy, both of our venue and that of our clients. This is the reason the NHS Confederation decided to create Horizon Leeds in 2014. Over the years, not only have we provided reduced rates on our award-winning services to healthcare clients, but we have also focused our efforts on how we can support our wider community with our Horizon Leeds Sustainability Pledges.
We are keen to support you in creating our strong CSR strategy and achieving the same. We understand that you are extremely busy, and although you know that CSR is a key priority, it is hard when time and resources are limited.
Supporting local charities and communities
As a CSR venue, we don’t just reinvest profits into supporting the vital work of the NHS Confederation; we also aim to uplift and empower local groups and charities. Our bright and welcoming space, equipped with award-winning technology, offers the perfect environment for teams to reconnect, spark creativity, and plan strategically.
Did you know we also provide a free venue space to a charity for up to 20 people once a quarter? Please be aware that any charity can claim one free meeting room per year, subject to availability.

- We are part of the NHS Confederation, which means that every pound you spend with Horizon Leeds helps the work of the NHS Confederation. The NHS Confederation is the membership organisation that brings together, supports, and speaks for the whole healthcare system in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- We ensure the suppliers we work with are as passionate about CSR as we are. When you book with Horizon Leeds, you hold your event safe in the knowledge that catering is sustainable, beverages are Fairtrade, food waste and any material generated by our events is disposed of responsibly and doesn’t go to landfill.
- The friendly and experienced staff who take your bookings, support you on the lead up to your event, serve your delegates and ensure the venue is shiny and clean for future delegates are all local people who are treated and rewarded fairly.
