At Horizon Leeds we know that the key to a great event is for us to understand what you need from the very start of your planning. With this in mind, we encourage you to share your event objectives and agenda ideas, as this will ensure you get the most from the us. At the end of the day, whether you are an event organiser, caterer or AV supplier, we all are striving for the same goal – to give delegates a memorable and successful event.
Your objectives and the experience of your delegates are always paramount, so you will find:
- A refreshment area with display screens outside each room to promote your brand, product and/or service in fantastic full colour.
- A touch screen coffee table adding to the delegate experience, plus, we can provide recommendations on how to integrate this into your programme to further boost engagement and enjoyment; keeping delegates interested and energised, even during breaks.
- Large screens/projections within each meeting room, ensuring your messaging is as clear and memorable as possible.

Our catering options include bento boxes, hot buffets, grab-and-go lunches, evening dinners and canapé receptions, as delicious as they are appetising. Together with our trusted partners Catering Yorkshire, we’ll help you to create a menu that your delegates will love.
We understand the importance of food at an event and can, therefore, work with you to create bespoke menus, whether that be themes (we have many in the past), purely plant-based, or a requirement to include an ingredient/product that is being promoted.

When it comes to our technology, we are hard to beat!
Recent awards include: ‘Best Onsite Technology Offering,’ ‘Best Onsite Audio Visual’ and ‘Best Use of Technological Advancements’ at the CHS Awards.
Our range of audio visual (AV) equipment, which includes catch boxes, wireless presenting, video conferencing, hybrid packages and our permanent broadcast studio ensures you have everything you need for your Leeds-based conference.
Should you choose our Create@ which can host up to 200 delegates, you can also expect three 4K projectors, wireless presenting, high speed Wi-Fi, and 70 plug sockets, among other great features.
In addition – as part of the Horizon Leeds experience – hybrid and fully virtual event options are available, which can include multi camera setups, earpieces and advanced sound and lighting equipment, as well as hybrid exhibition stands and virtual breakout spaces. That means that wherever in the world your delegates are, they can become immersed in the event experience you provide.
