Conference: Spoilt for choice by our range of inclusive menus, the delicious chef’s choice hot lunch serves all the classics from lasagne to hearty stews, healthy bowl food providing the brain food or choose our scrumptious summer buffet there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Our dessert pots are always a hit, a zesty lemon cheesecake, or rich chocolate pot will certainly satisfy your sweet tooth.
Networking Event: We offer lots of great hot bowl food tasters, packed full of flavour and the perfect bite. With a variety of savoury and sweet canapes to keep your delegates talking, our favourites include mini fish & chips, pressed confit duck rillette and pepper crusted salmon on rosti.
Corporate Dinner: Our 3 course dinner menus offer something for everyone. A popular option is salmon three ways (pea pesto, hollandaise and watercress), followed by poached chicken fillet stuffed with wild mushroom farce and asparagus sauce, finishing with crème brulee served with fresh raspberries and shortbread fingers.
