• LED up-lighter particularly great for showcases and awards
• Interactive poll technology for interactivity during presentations
• Digital signage outside every room
• LED advertisements and informational screens throughout the refreshment and breakout areas
• Laptops and spare adaptors on-site, for whatever you may need
• Gooseneck, lapel and handheld microphones are available on site, allowing us to accommodate last-minute requests with ease
• Integrated PA system with microphone in Meet@ is ideal for calling delegates through to sessions or hosting informal networking presentations in the refreshment area

You can also work with our in-house film team to create training materials, podcasts and promotional videos so your staff, clients, delegates and key stakeholders can learn more about you in fun and engaging ways.
