Spotlight on Broadcast Studio: Our Streaming Studio for Virtual Events
We’ve introduced a permanent place at Horizon Leeds for our popular Broadcast Studio, the flexible hybrid event streaming and virtual event venue.
During 2020, we needed to adapt our solutions to suit hybrid event production, which meant partnering with Firefly AV (Audio Visual) to create a flexible virtual meetings and event space.
Now, most events are a blend of in-person and virtual, which is why our Broadcast Studio is hugely beneficial and integral to communication across hybrid events and organisations.
How can the broadcast and streaming studio be used?
The state-of-the-art studio provides space for up to four presenters to go live at one time, and accommodates an unlimited number of virtual attendees.
This is ideal for communicating with attendees across the world, whether that be for internal communications or an external event. It’s equipped with three LED screens so content, speakers and audience can be shown at the same time, while the presenter can be guided through the event with two comfort monitors.
Multiple cameras, earpieces, a control room and professional sound and lighting equipment ensure high-quality conference live streaming.
For added professionalism, our event planners can build a fully branded event which can be streamed and recorded on a wide variety of platforms.
